**Return & Refund Policy**
1. **No Returns or Exchanges:** All sales are final. Items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are found to be counterfeit.
2. **Expert Authentication:** Every item that is resold or consigned with AROM W undergoes a thorough evaluation by four luxury goods authentication experts from our company. Additionally, AROM W is an official partner of Entrupy, a recognized authentication service. Only after all expert opinions are aligned will the item be listed for sale.
3. **Counterfeit Guarantee:** In the rare case that any item is determined to be counterfeit, we will offer a refund of three times the purchase price. This refund will only be processed with a verification report from a recognized third-party authentication service.
4. **Deposit for Sourcing:** Secure your desired item with a 30% deposit. If, after the item arrives, you decide not to purchase it, you can transfer the deposit to another product of your choice, with one transfer opportunity available.
5. **In-Store Transactions & Delivery:** All transactions must be completed at our physical store in Singapore. If delivery is required, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
6. **Consignment Policy:** For items sold on consignment, we charge a commission based on the sale price. For Chanel products, the consignment fee is 10% of the final sale price. Fees for other items will vary based on the price but will not exceed 20% of the sale price. Please send pictures of your item to our customer service team for fee confirmation. If the item does not have the original receipt, an authentication fee will be charged based on the brand. The consignment period is three months. If the item remains unsold, no fees will be charged. However, if the item is withdrawn early, a service fee of SGD 100 per item will apply.
7. **Final Interpretation:** AROM W reserves the final right of interpretation for all products and services.
